I heard another one today, where a family were dining out and some of the party had ordered gammon steak. All but one of the gammon meals arrived with a pineapple ring on top of the meat.
The person 'sans' pineapple called the waiter over and asked would it be possible to have a slice of the fruit.
Certainly, came the reply, and off the waiter wandered to the kitchen, only to appear a minute later with the pineapple ring carefully balanced over his finger! And when he reached the table, he dropped it down on top of the astonished diners gammon steak!
