Wow, you guys really have been travelling from one extreme to the other.
Jo and I have also stayed at the cottage in Omey, mind you only for five minutes due to the moth population at the time! (jo is terrified of the things!)
Great to see the "Tim's" invasion of Ireland. I had an annonymous canadian poster post to my blog saying "Canada is taking over the world... ok, its doing it with second rate pastry and weak coffee, but its still taking over the world!"
I will be thinking of those Bangalore traffic clips as i sit on the castlreagh road traffic in future, and count my blessings.
Good to hear from you Matt and you are right about the insidius spread of that gentle Canadian culture using Tim Hortons coffee shops. Not many people know this, but if you study the origional Aramaic you will discover that Jesus was talking about the Canadians when he said, "The meek shall inherit the earth!"

This Bangalore traffic makes the Westlink look like a real picnic - I hope they are all fully comprehensively insured ?
The driving test must be some craic! That would be worth sitting!
A wee bit different to Omey! Remember that place?
Long long ago in a galaxey far away was an island called "Omey"!
